This is a sample tour and the estimated price would be €4,950.00 per person. Prices include all chauffeur services and all accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. Other meals are not included as you are free to choose where and when to take lunch, dinner, and snacks. Also included are all pre-booked attractions and activities listed on your final agreed Itinerary.
You will be welcomed to Ireland by your chauffeur/guide at Dublin Airport. After helping you with your luggage, he will take you to the road with a drive through Dublin and then on to the Ancient East Route. You will stop in Wicklow to visit the historic Wicklow Jail and then move to Clonganny House, to check in to this spectacular restored Georgian House in the heart of the beach area of County Wexford. Allow yourself to be pampered and dine in these wonderful surroundings.
Your trusty chauffeur will collect you and take you to the Hook Head Lighthouse on the famous Hook Peninsula and on to New Ross to visit the JFK Arboretum. From there you will travel to the Dunbrody Famine ship moored in New Ross Harbor for a tour and talk on the famine ship and that sad era of Irish history when famine forced thousands to bid farewell to Ireland and set off, often in appalling conditions, for what was the long trip to new hope and a new life in America. After your visit, you will move on to Waterford with a night in Waterford Castle on Waterford’s Little Island.
In the morning after breakfast, you will simply have to visit Waterford Crystal for a tour and demonstration. After your tour, you will take a boat trip on the famous River Suir running through the heart of Waterford City. You will then travel to Kilkea Castle - a lovingly restored 12th century castle now sporting an excellent golf course in the extensive grounds. Dine in the Castle after a game of golf or a stroll around the beautiful grounds.
After breakfast, your tour guide will take you back towards Dublin to visit the Irish National Stud Museum for a guided tour of this world famous center of horse breeding and racing. Off then to Dublin for your last night staying in the Fleet Hotel. After check in, Emerald Concierge Services will take you on a tour of famous Dublin Landmarks including Guinness Brewery, Dublin Castle, Trinity College, and the Phoenix Park, followed by dinner at the restaurant of your choice - with recommendations available, if you would like some help, to choose from the hundreds of excellent options.
Depending on your flight time, you might like to have a wander around the historic and thriving streets of Dublin, before getting checked out and going safely back to Dublin Airport for your flight home. Emerald Concierge Services hope to see you in Ireland again!
