Can we do a custom tour?

Yes! We have the ability to discuss any changes you request with our tour operators and will always try and make sure our tours suit your every need.

Can you put together an itinerary for me?

Of course! We’re always happy to answer any questions you may have and can devise a tour so that you get everything you want out of your trip.

Do Irish Studio Travel book hotels and flights?

While Irish Studio Travel don't book flights and hotels, we are always more than happy to assist you with your booking to ensure you get the best value and comfort for your money.

Are there toilets on the buses used for tours?

Most of our buses are equipped with toilets, however some tour operators use smaller buses, in which case regular rest stops will be taken.

Are meals included on tours?

That is dependent on the tour operator and will be outlined before booking. Many of our tours include meals.  

What currency should we bring?

Ireland uses the Euro, as most of our tours operate in the Republic of Ireland, you can expect to be using Euro for the most part. However, we do of course run plenty of tours in Northern Ireland, which uses Sterling. But most major credit cards are accepted country wide so don't worry if you don't have the right currency. 

Do you have options for people with mobility issues?

Most of our tours are suitable for all levels of mobility. Certain tours may require some light physical activity, but this will be clearly outlined in the tour description.

How do I know my payment is secure?

We take ensuring your payment is secure very seriously at IST, and use the most reputable and proven online payment systems available.

What happens if we have to cancel our trip?

Cancellations are subject to the tour operator’s terms and conditions.

Will there be a point of contact in Ireland for out tour?

Of course! You can always email us at [email protected] for any queries you may have about your tour.

When will my booking be confirmed?

Usually, your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours of you booking the tour.
